Bristol-based investment company Frank Bruce & Co has bought the city's 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) Lawrence Hill Industrial Park from Ashtenne Properties for £4m.
The 5.6-acre (2.27ha) park comprises 24 units where tenants include the BBC, Hickson Morris
