Ashtenne Holdings has bought seven industrial estates totalling £40m, taking the Ashtenne Industrial Fund's purchases in 2002 to more than £100m in 2002.
It has paid £26.5m for Steelpark Way, a 700,000 sq ft (65,030 sq m) steel distribution centre
