ArrowHeadz, a darts-led social hub, has signed a deal to open its first UK outlet at the Castle Quarter shopping centre in Norwich.
The company has taken 1,130 sq ft in the leisure zone of the centre for five years. It will feature three darts lanes alongside a social hub. Other tenants in the zone include Boom Battle Bar, Putt Putt Social, Vector VR and Escape Hunt.
The 387,000 sq ft shopping centre was owned by InfraRed Capital Partners and is currently in receivership. It is asset managed by RivingtonHark and property managed by Munroe K. It has 116,000 sq ft of leisure space and 820 car parking spaces. Vue Cinema is its anchor tenant. Other tenants include Boots, TK Maxx and Starbucks.
Will Ashdown, asset manager at RivingtonHark, said: “Brands such as ArrowHeadz are creating new and exciting concepts. We’ve focused on expanding the range of competitive socialising and leisure options at Castle Quarter, and ArrowHeadz is an excellent addition to the line-up at the scheme.”
“Social, leisure and lifestyle operators are forging a new role of city centre destinations and, as the first such centre to make this repositioning, Castle Quarter is playing its part in showing just what is possible for the sector.”
