Arnolds Keys continues to lead the way in EG’s Norfolk agent rankings

Arnolds Keys remains at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Norfolk, having acted on 38 transactions totalling 222,232 sq ft in the year to date.

The agent’s largest deal was the disposal of 91,681 sq ft of industrial premises at Units 6 and 7, Shipdham Airfield Industrial Estate (pictured), to the west of Norwich, involving undisclosed parties. The FRI lease is for 10 years commencing on 30 April 2021 at a rent of £2.94 per sq ft, equating to £270,000 pa. Unit 6 comprises 59,634 sq ft, while unit 7 extends to 32,047 sq ft.

Eddisons is in second place in the Norfolk rankings, having acted on 142,456 sq ft of deals, followed by Bidwells on 137,342 sq ft, Roche Chartered Surveyors on 41,461 sq ft and Gerald Eve on 18,320 sq ft.
