Arlington Securities has bought Bourne Retail Park in Salisbury from Hermes Property Unit Trust for £15.9m.
The deal reflects an initial yield of 4.86%.
The 58,707 sq ft retail park adjoins a Tesco foodstore.
Tenants include Wickes, Staples and Sturtons
