Arcadia is poised to sell Principles and Warehouse to Bridgepoint Capital for an estimated £15m-£17m.
The deal could be completed as early as a months time.
Bridgepoint also has exclusive rights to negotiate the acquisitions of Racing Green and Hawkshead.
