Building 01 at ARC Uxbridge has signed Pizza Express and JATO Dynamics for office space following a refurbishment.
The pizza chain will relocate its existing headquarters from Hunton House at Highbridge Industrial Estate, Uxbridge, to a 5,000 sq ft slice of office space in the building.
JATO Dynamics has signed a lease on 13,500 sq ft of workspace in the same block, located on the ARC campus.
Other occupiers at ARC Uxbridge include Bristol-Myers Squibb, Parexel, Daiichi Sankyo and Amgen, alongside snack firm Mondelēz and office equipment manufacturer Xerox.
Building 01 was recently refurbished to help increase the volume of grade-A office space in the area. The development has now secured EPC A and BREEAM Very Good rating and has been designed to create flexible spaces with a focus on wellbeing.
ARC is a Brookfield spin-off focused on the development of life science-related real estate. Its Uxbridge campus sits within 70 acres of London’s green belt and features spaces including Adapt, a co-working hub, the Clubhouse, a café, seminar and meeting place, and green parkland.
ARC leasing director Andrew Davies said: “We’re continuing to see demand for office space and the recent move by both companies is testament to the community, and environment that we have built here on the campus.”
