APML Estate has put its residential development Knightsbridge Gate on the market.
The scheme is located at 55-93 Knightsbridge, SW1X, between the Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park and the Berkeley Hotel.
Knightsbridge Gate comprises 15 flats which are fully fitted out and include 24-hour concierge and security and underground car parking. The development also has 17,500 sq ft of office space and up to 18 retail units located on the ground floor with access directly onto Knightsbridge or William Street.
The scheme was designed by Dixon Jones, and constructed by McAlpine. Knight Frank is sole agent.
