The ground rent on three flats in a Battersea property, SW11, is offered with a guide of £2,000-plus. The total rent reserved is £120 pa, rising to £175 pa in 2042.
The ground rent on four flats in a property in Dover is guided at £4,500-plus. The investment currently produces £450 pa.
