Amicala and Socius plan 10-acre Surrey integrated retirement community

Later living operator Amicala has partnered with developer Socius for a new 10-acre integrated retirement community in Weybridge, Surrey. The jv has submitted plans to Elmbridge Brough Council to build 205 homes at at Members Hill, close to Weybridge town
