Prologis has prelet all of the speculatively built space at Hams Hall in Coleshill, Birmingham, with the final facility, DC4, taken by AMG Logistics on a 15-year lease.
Practical completion of the park is due later this summer.
DC4 totals 85,000 sq ft and has sustainability built into the fabric of the building. It was net zero carbon in construction, has a BREEAM Excellent rating and is projected to achieve EPC A.
The deal follows Britishvolt signing for Hams Hall DC2 and LTS Global Solutions taking Hams Hall DC3.
Prologis Park Hams Hall is located 10 miles from Birmingham city centre and one mile from Junction 9 of the M42.
Tom Price, director of capital deployment and leasing at Prologis UK, said: “Letting DC4 prior to its completion is testament to appetite within the market for logistics property in and around the Midlands.”
Andrew Griffiths, managing director at AMG Logistics, added: “Operating from a highly sustainable unit was a key factor for our customers and Prologis Park Hams Hall ticked all the boxes in that regard.”
