Pharmaceutical firm Almirall has signed a new 10-year lease for space at One The Square, Stockley Park, west London.
Almirall will pay £25 per sq ft for almost 10,000 sq ft at the 38,000 sq ft building, which is now fully occupied.
Savills and BNP Paribas advised the landlord, DTZ Investment Management; CBRE represented the tenant.
