Overseas interest returns as Allsop tops £70.5m at July commercial auction

Allsop’s July commercial auction raised more than £70.5m, with a 90% success rate. The result was well ahead of the £51.5m achieved last July and brings the total for 2021 so far to £312m. Some 31 of the 81 lots
