Allsop success rate drops to below 70% at resi auction

Allsop’s success rate dropped just below 70% at its latest residential auction, which raised £52.4m.

Of 202 lots offered, 139 were sold, with 116 purchased in the room and 21 prior. This respresents a success rate of 69%.
