Allsop raises nearly £40m at March residential auction

Allsop raised £38.7m from the sale of 128 lots in its March auction, a success rate of 72%. The highest selling lot was a freehold mid-terrace house in London’s Earls Court, SW5, (pictured) comprising eight self-contained flats, which sold for
