Allsop raises £47m in March auction

Allsop’s latest residential auction generated £47m of sales, with 133 lots sold. Investment opportunities in private rented accommodation, change-of-use and value-add properties proved most popular at the 31 March auction. Buyers placed a total 3,722 bids, with 788 individuals registered to
