A freehold double-fronted building in Hampstead, north London, comprising two shops and two maisonettes. Fully let and producing £61,500 pa, it sold for £1.23m, reflecting a gross yield of 5%.
Two freehold buildings in Leicester providing 61 student letting rooms producing a total of £317,000 pa. It was sold as two separate lots for £1.5m each.
A freehold site in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, extending to two acres with potential for development. It sold for £1m from a pre-auction guide price of £200,000.
Allsop’s next residential auction will be held in-room, on 22 June at the Berkeley Hotel. It will revert to online in August.
Allsop raised £46.5m at its residential auction last week.
The sale at the Berkeley Hotel, SW1, had an 80% success rate with 135 lots sold.
