Three office buildings with consent for conversion to 103 flats in Staines, Surrey, are on offer in Allsop’s February residential sale.
Guided at £15m-plus, the building (pictured) is one of 23 lots with guide prices in excess of £1m.
The sale, which features 321 lots, is its largest since May 2019 and includes a mix of investment and development opportunities across the UK.
Partner and auctioneer Richard Adamson said: “We look forward to our first residential auction of the year, which will take place online only before we resume ballroom sales in March.
“Our first auction of 2023 will act as a barometer of investor sentiment.”
Auction highlights include:
- Lot 54 – a partially completed mansion in Highgate, N6, with an indoor swimming pool and a spa, guided at £5.5-£6m
- Lot 115 – a recently refurbished apartment block in Bradford, west Yorkshire, arranged to provide 31 flats, subject to a single lease to a housing association for 25 years. It currently produces £403,000 per annum and is guided at £3.1m
- Lot 41 – a freehold HMO in Kensington, W8, guided at £1.85m, with total current reserved rent of £121,842 per annum
Last year, Allsop raised £372m from more than 1,000 sales with an overall success rate of 80%.
Allsop’s next residential auction will be held online on 16 February.
