Allsop’s auction teams collectively raised nearly £100m in auctions in Dublin and London.
The Irish Allsop Space auction team raised €55m (£44m), selling 86% of 226 lots. In London the team sold 80% of 246 lots, raising £54.6m.
The biggest London deal was 44 Great Russell Street London WC1 . The Grade-II listed building opposite the British Museum which has planning permission for a residential conversion sold for £2.5m, exceeding the £1.5m guide price.
The largest Irish sale was a residential development consisting of 23 flats in Malahide, Dublin which was bought for €4.5m.
Allsop partner Gary Murphy said: “London lots as expected proved popular and bidders were happy to compete aggressively, lifting prices significantly over reserves.”
