Allied London signs Squire Patton Boggs 

No.1-Spinningfields-ground-level-entrance-RESIZEDAllied London has signed global law firm Squire Patton Boggs to take 27,500 sq ft at its No 1 Spinningfields office development in Manchester.

The law firm will join accountant PwC, which has already agreed to take 50,000 sq ft in the 260,000 sq ft building.

Squire Patton Boggs will move its 120 employees, currently based in John Dalton Street, Manchester, to No. 1 Spinningfields when it opens in 2017.

Rents at the building are understood to be in the region of £33-34 per sq ft.

Part of Allied London’s award-winning Spinningfields estate, the building will include a rooftop bar with panoramic views across the city, restaurants, shops, leisure areas and flexible event spaces for a range of corporate, business and private functions.

Allied London chief executive Mike Ingall said Spinningfields will: “be one of the places to work in the UK” for “many business generations”.
