Aldi’s resi plans on Old Kent Road set for green light

Southwark Council is recommended to approve plans from Aldi and its development partner PPR Estates for 170 homes on Old Kent Road, SE15. PPR has proposed two towers of 14 and 21 storeys in a scheme designed by Bogle Architects.
