Zenith Partners has appointed Savills and Sixteen as joint letting agents at the Apiary, a 50,000 sq ft office building in Manchester.
The redesign, led by commercial interiors studio Incognito, features a combination of Cat B and Cat A workspaces, a gym and wellness studio and a new reception.
The building, at 86 Deansgate in the city centre, is set to open up for tenants in March this year, offering suites from 4,000 sq ft up to 25,000 sq ft, with rents starting from £27.50 per sq ft.
Richard Lowe, office agency director at Savills Manchester, said: “At a time when fitted office solutions are an increasingly attractive proposition to occupiers, the Apiary will offer offices in the city centre at an attractive price point.”
Zenith Partners’s Gal Nadir said: “The Apiary fits our vision for office demand in the current market, involving attractive amenities for occupiers and their employees, contemporarily refurbished office environment with plug-and-play spaces and solid environmental credentials.”
