Agents appointed to sell £100m west London site

Begbies Traynor has appointed Vandermolen Real Estate, alongside joint agent Savills, to sell a £100m-plus GDV site in Hanwell, Ealing.

The administrator is selling the site on behalf of MHA London, the previous owner of the west London site.

The 1.9-acre vacant site has planning permission for a mixed-use residential-led development comprising 213 homes and 43,432 sq ft of commercial space.

MHA London’s approved proposal was for eight two-storey townhouses and 205 flats arranged within four blocks ranging from nine to 12 storeys.

The scheme comprises 35% affordable housing provision, of which 76% are proposed as shared-ownership and 24% affordable rent.
