AEW has signed three new retailers at Windsor Royal, which includes the Windsor Royal Station and Windsor Yards shopping centres.
British leather bag brand the Cambridge Satchel Company has taken 505 sq ft at Windsor Royal Station on a five-year lease. This will be the brand’s fourth store, joining its other locations in Covent Garden, Cambridge and Leeds.
Household goods and beauty products retailer Miniso has leased a 1,330 sq ft store, also in Windsor Royal Station, on a 10-year lease with a fifth-year break.
Additionally, home and cosmetics retailer Rituals has taken the former Three store at Windsor Yards, covering 2,122 sq ft, for 10 years with a fifth-year break.
AEW’s Urban Real Estate Fund acquired Windsor Royal in August 2023 for £18m.
