Adroit Real Estate has steamed ahead in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Bedfordshire with a 33,755 sq ft letting in Dunstable.
The signing takes it to 827,992 sq ft transacted across 18 deals – 470,000 sq ft ahead of second-placed CBRE.
Kirkby And Diamond round out the top three, with 265,599 sq ft transacted across 72 deals.
