Adroit clinches second place in EG’s South East industrial rankings

Adroit Real Estate Advisors has taken second place in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in the South East industrial market, after working on several lettings in the region this week.

One of the deals saw Central Pharma take 183,809 sq ft from Urban Logistics REIT at Bedford 183 on Hudson Road in Bedford (pictured) on a 10-year fully repairing and insuring lease ending on 7 September 2031. The tenant is paying £6.50 per sq ft for the space, equating to £1,194,758 per annum.

CBRE leads the pack, having acted on 1,492,842 sq ft of industrial transactions in the South East in the year to date, with Adroit on 1,351,542 sq ft. Not far behind is Lambert Smith Hampton, which has transacted 1,347,189 sq ft of deals, with the top five being completed by JLL on 925,856 sq ft and BNP Paribas Real Estate on 747,455 sq ft.

The deal was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
