Adroit Real Estate has closed the gap on second-placed Lambert Smith Hampton in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in the South East industrial market after acting on a 50,889 sq ft letting in Milton Keynes.
The deal, at Unit K2, Brunleys, Kiln Farm (pictured), to the west of the town, saw ByBox take the warehouse space on a 10-year FRI lease commencing on 16 June from Mileway at a rent of £7.95 per sq ft, equating to £404,567 pa. Bidwells also acted as disposing agent on the deal.
CBRE leads the industrial rankings in the region, having acted on 1,061,119 sq ft of transactions in the year to date, followed by LSH on 859,432 sq ft and Adroit Real Estate on 717,943 sq ft. The top five is rounded out by JLL on 602,305 sq ft and VSL & Partners on 352,259 sq ft.
