Ad agency Poulter has signed up for Caddick Developments’ Rose Wharf office scheme (pictured right) opposite the Royal Armouries in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Poulter has taken 1,347 sq m (14,500 sq ft) on a 15-year lease at £131.86 per sq m (£12.25 per sq ft). The company has also taken 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) in Prose Investments’ Rose House, next door on the same terms.
Caddick recently completed the £4m refurbishment of the former flax mill with grant assistance from English Partnerships. The scheme comprises 4,831 sq m (52,000 sq ft) offices.
The adjacent 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) Compass House will be Caddick’s next redevelopment project on the site.
