ABP’s Miu to lure Thames Valley businesses to London

John Miu, chief operating officer at ABP London, hopes to lure Thames Valley occupiers to the company’s Royal Albert business district in London’s Docklands.

Miu is overseeing the transformation of Royal Albert Dock into London’s next commercial centre. The first phase of the £1.7bn development is to complete in 2018.

Miu spoke to EG ahead of Thames Valley Question Time about the role of Crossrail as “a bridge between the west and the east” that could encourage occupiers to move their headquarters or parts of their business to London.

He is to elaborate on his points as part of a panel of industry heavyweights discussing the most important issues in the Thames Valley market at Question Time on Wednesday
June 21.
