Andreas Panayiotou’s Ability Group has bought the Dunblane Hydro hotel in Perthshire from Stardon (Dunblane), a joint venture between private equity group Starwood Capital Europe and Scottish entrepreneur Maurice Taylor, for an undisclosed sum.
