Great Portland Estates, Peabody and L&Q are among the organisations to have bagged multiple shortlistings in this year’s Property Marketing Awards.
The three companies are each shortlisted twice, as is EcoWorld Ballymore. The winners will be revealed by rugby star Matt Dawson at a ceremony on 23 June at 30 Euston Square, NW1.
Organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Estates Gazette, the awards celebrate innovative and creative marketing campaigns across the UK property industry. This year’s event will also see the Estates Gazette Front Cover of the Year award presented.
PMA jury chair Thomas Brown said: “In the real estate industry, the marketers are in the minority. Having good work and smart thinking recognised independently, through a robust judging and shortlisting process, is really powerful.
“We are excited about the shortlist. Some of the best things we saw were where they had started with the customer, understanding the motivations, challenges and aspirations of the audience they were trying to engage with.”
