The industrial sector in the South East has got off to a strong start in 2022, most recently with an 83,318 sq ft warehouse letting at SEGRO Park, Southern Industrial Park, Bracknell, with CBRE acting for the lessee.
The deal has moved the agent up to third place in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in the South East industrial market. The landlord and the tenant were not disclosed.
Lambert Smith Hampton leads the way in this market, having acted on 125,703 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales, with Realest close behind on 115,653 sq ft. CBRE has transacted 109,695 sq ft of deals, with the top five being completed by Adroit Real Estate Advisors on 92,568 sq ft and Fenn Wright on 91,730 sq ft.
