63% success for Harman Healy

Harman Healy raised almost £3m at its sale this week, selling 63% of its catalogue.

A freehold terrace house in Norwood, SE19, arranged as two flats, made £715,000 for a housing association.

However, bidding for a house on Rye Hill Park, Peckham, SE15, also owned by a housing association and arranged as four flats, failed to reach its reserve. The last bid was £1m.

Six of the lots offered were sold prior, including an unmodernised house in Forest Gate, E7. The six-room property, which produces £21,00 pa, was sold on behalf of LPA receivers.

The auction took place at Kensington Town Hall, W8.
