Developer 4Urban has bought the Anglia Co-operative's 55,000 sq ft Westgate department store at 5 Albert Street, Harrogate, for £4.5m.
Anglia Co-op, advised by CB Richard Ellis, is taking a five-year leaseback of the Yorkshire store.
