CBRE has taken top spot in the EG Radius Leaderboards for 2023, transacting more than 3.8m sq ft more than closest rival JLL. Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank and Savills completed the top five.
The rankings, based on data supplied directly by the EG Radius community of agents, show which agents have been the most active across the UK.
CBRE also put in a strong showing in the sector leaderboards, topping the office and industrial tables. Savills led the retail rankings and Christie & Co held onto top spot in hotels & leisure.

“In the office market specifically, Q1 2024 has started with the same positivity we saw at the end of 2023, and we anticipate that the growing supply and demand imbalance for the highest quality buildings in the best locations will be a driver of rental growth over the next 12 months.”
But while the big agents may lead nationally, the tables below reveal a strong year for many niche sector specialists and regional agents, which feature prominently in the rankings at a county and regional level.
