The Paddington headquarters of electronic payment giant Visa is to be put up for sale with a £200m price tag.
Deutsche Bank, on behalf of Malaysia’s Employees Provident Fund, has instructed Savills to sell the 195,000 sq ft building at 1 Sheldon Square, W2.
The building is let to Visa for a further eight years and the £200m asking price reflects a sub-5% net initial yield.
EPF bought the building in 2010 for £150m.
