Judge’s order to remedy nuisance justified
Once a case of nuisance has been established the appropriate remedy is a matter for the trial judge. The High Court has considered this in Hawkwell House Hotel Ltd and another v Fernanda Pirie and another [2024] EWHC 3284 (Ch).
