London law firm Howard Kennedy has appointed Jason Tann as a partner in its real estate practice, with the lawyer leaving his position of head of the London commercial real estate team at Cripps.
Craig Emden, managing partner at Howard Kennedy, welcomed Tann, saying: “Jason’s long-standing experience in the London commercial real estate market will reinforce our extensive existing practice. The hire forms part of Howard Kennedy’s ongoing expansion across all practices, with the addition of 21 lateral partner hires since May 2021, and reflects the ongoing growth of the firm’s real estate offering, following the addition of Huseyin Huseyin in April 2023.
